- Preparing Letters
- Calling Providers
- Maintaining client data on the CRM and informing Providers where appropriate
- Managing day to day client enquiries
- Providing cover of reception duties to include answering the phones, scanning and dealing with inbound and outbound post
- Comply with the relevant Compliance, Treating Customers Fairly, SMCR, Anti-Money laundering procedures and relevant FCA rules at all times.
**About you**:
working within a Financial Services environment or you may be a graduate who would like to train to
become a Chartered Financial Planner or part qualified Paraplanner looking to complete your
qualification.
