**Talent Growth Consultant**:
Flexible Remote and/hybrid Working

RESUH, an Embedded Talent Growth Consultancy is looking for a Talent Growth Associate to join them in their early hiring phase on the back of exceptional business growth over the first 6 months.

This is an opportunity to come in right at the beginning and make the role your own.

The focus and vision is based on sharing ideas and social directions around how best to define and build a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce. We work with tech start & Scale-ups as well as larger businesses focusing on all things Talent Attraction. We offer bespoke consultancy services covering the attraction and Retention of new and current employees as well as retained, hybrid and contingency recruitment solutions.

This role will require you to deal with a variety of recruitment duties working directly with Top Tier clients partnered with RESUH.

**Some of your daily duties will include but not limited to**:

- Supporting the business and clients with recruitment process and structure, feedback, interview management, Streamlining processes
- Brainstorm and roadmap Talent & People operations internally; building teams effectively, with a direct focus on what hires are required to support the business growth and how to attract new talent.
- Working strategically with dedicated clients to help build successful talent acquisition functions, homing in on growth, development and vision.
- Working with the founders to help define future headcount and role responsibility.
- Create modern attractive job specs with hiring managers
- Support with interview and selection process and onboarding of new team members
- Prepare, draft and issue relevant employment documents including offers, contracts, changes to terms and conditions and letters/correspondence.

To be considered for this role ideally you will hold at least 6 months experience, operating within a commercial setting. You should love being organised, pride yourself on your excellent customer service experience, have strong attention to detail and really want the opportunity to prove themselves, as well as being computer savvy.
