We are looking for a **Breakfast Demi Chef de Partie**:

- Who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare
- Who builds excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly
- Who is well organised with strong time-management skills to ensure buffet is always full
- Who is available to work from **5 am to 1:30 pm**:

- With previous experience as a **Breakfast Chef** in a hotel or a restaurant
