**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to help ensure students have the best possible learning experience
- Prepare and provide training to colleagues and teaching teams
- Ability to propose and implement product optimizations based on data, feedback and latest developments in the work process

**Qualifications And Competencies**
- Hold a master's or doctoral degree in business from G5/Top 20 university in the US
- Good communication skills, project management skills and time management skills, high sense of responsibility, good sense of service
- Passionate about the international education industry, with industry market insight and entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership
