Immediate Start for General Labourer Position

We are presently seeking a number of semi-skilled laborers on behalf of a highly reputable, independently owned business located in Southampton, offering local work and in the surrounding areas. The position offers ongoing work from Monday to Friday, providing a fantastic opportunity for those with a keen interest in building/semi & skilled labouring work.

**What We Offer**:

- **Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm**:

- Ongoing projects for stability
- Great prospects for growth in building work
- Compensation: Earn **£12 per hour** with a **minimum of 8 hours** paid

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake various building tasks including mortar mixing,
- Execute **semi-skilled handyman duties** using both **hand tools** and **power tools**:

- Work at heights may be necessary
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring a tidy working area

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of **experience as semi-skilled labourer/handyman**:

- Proficient **use and knowledge of power tools and hand tools**:

- Versatility and flexibility in approach to work
- Physical fitness for tasks requiring strength and endurance
- Ideally possess personal tools for the role
- Experience in any trade would be advantageous
