- Supervise and manage a team of workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of new-build homes
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and abilities
- Monitor progress and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites. Toolbox talks and Daily Activity Briefing forms
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications. Complete QA forms.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by team members

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Valid CSCS and SSSTS/ SMSTS
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and contractors
- Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols
- Knowledge of building regulations and NHBC Standards
- Ability to read drawings and interpret project specifications
- Proficient in using construction tools and equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job starting 19/02/24. (site is live) 12-18 month contract.
