**About the role**:
This role is based at Lewes Combined Court with a hybrid contract, giving you flexibility.

As a Senior Caseworker you will be:
- Managing an active caseload.
- Overseeing the provision of individual structured, tailored resources and information provided by frontline workers.
- Ensuring service users receive effective support to complete their journey through the criminal justice and legal systems to cope and recover from the impact of crime.
- Helping people to move beyond the crime and access additional support services.
- Directly support all service users who may be affected by all types of crime and to offer peer support for new and existing colleagues.
- You will also manage 2 frontline workers.

You will need:

- Proven track record of successfully delivering services and working directly within a statutory, voluntary or multi agency setting.
- Ability to balance competing needs and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, sharing, coaching and influencing others.
- A successful track record of building effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in line management.
