With a focus on optimi sing accommodation for council services, increasing capital value, and exploring income-generating opportunities, you'll both manage and assist others with a diverse portfolio including investment properties and strategic property purchases.

As an Assistant Estates Surveyor, you'll engage in a wide range of estate management tasks, from negotiations to property valuations, supporting colleagues across various functions.
