**Location** - Liverpool Street, London

**Role - Trade Floor Support Role for a bank based in Liverpool Street. Very technical in nature. Interviewing from 8th Jan.**
- Provide English language support to colleagues across EMEA region with awareness of and consideration to differing cultures and/or languages.
- Managing and developing collaborative relationships with other groups within the IT division, locally and globally.
- Engage business users for their business requirements.
- Provide cover to Trading floor IT support contact number, answering calls, creating tickets, and escalating as required.
- Administer various IT environment (i.e., PC build and configuration, Application software, SCCM, Printing)
