An experienced Toolmaker is required to join a well-equipped Toolroom that offers rapid turnaround tooling design and manufacture.

Serving the automotive, aerospace, medical, industrial and domestic appliance markets, their expertise encompasses injection moulding, compression moulding, tool making, CAD/CAM design and post moulding operations.

**As a Toolmaker, your duties will include -**
- Manufacture of high quality multi cavity, unscrewing and mould over tooling
- Mould tool repair and alterations
- Using CAD/CAM software (Pro Engineer) linked to CNC equipment
- Be a time served / apprentice trained Toolmaker
- Have a strong background in injection mould tool manufacture, repair, modification and maintenance
- Have experience of single impression and complex multi-impression hot runner moulds
- Be capable of ultrasonic welding, laser welding, surface and cylindrical grinding
- Ideally be experienced with Pro Engineer CAD/CAM Design Software
- Be capable of manual machining and CNC CAM Programming

**On offer -**

A salary 35-40K depending on experience

Day shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm

Based in Essex, this role is commutable from Chelmsford, Southend-on-Sea, Southminster, Brentwood and all surrounding areas
