We are looking to recruit a Systems Trainer to help us support the delivery of education in our growing group of specialist schools.

Our approach is designed to support young people with complex diagnoses overcome barriers to learning.

We are committed to creating and developing bespoke systems that effectively support and develop our vision. As such we are looking for a Systems Trainer that is able to support our schools and colleagues to optimise our systems.

The Systems Trainer is responsible for developing and conducting business process and systems training for staff at all levels across the Group. This may take the form of face-to-face delivery at any of the Group’s Services and by creating and developing digital resources to document and support our internal system.

The post-holder will identify training needs using a variety of sources and will suggest and implement strategies to address these. They will work with the Group Head of IT and the development team to learn and document new system features and create schedules of training to support implementation and roll out.

This is a remote working role and will require flexibility as it will involve travel to our schools to deliver staff training as required. Our schools are based across the South West from Devon to Wiltshire.
