**Key Responsibilities**:
Keep our office running smoothly by efficiently handling filing, organizing paperwork, and maintaining an orderly workspace.

Take charge of managing customer quotes, following up diligently to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with the Director.

Provide invaluable support to the team by assisting with various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.

Ensure our office is well-stocked by managing inventory and placing orders for office supplies in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:
Harness your exceptional communication skills to provide outstanding service and build strong relationships with our clients.

Showcase your strong organizational abilities, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite, utilizing your technical skills to streamline processes.

Leverage your experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to optimize customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate seamlessly within our team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

**Rate**: £13.00 per hour

**Hours**: 08:30 - 17:30

**Location**: Aylesbury

This position is being recruited for on a temp-to-perm basis i.e. 12 weeks of temporary employment with a permanent offer made at the end.

This is very much an immediate start position therefore anybody with a notice period to work will unfortunately not be considered at this time.
