**Property Support Manager - £30,000 salary - Hybrid working - Staffordshire**

We are delighted to be supporting a sector leading provider with the search for a Property Support Manager In summary, the role will involve leading the property support team who provide a help-desk role in supporting the Field Property Managers. It isessential that you have proven managerial experience and ideally knowledge of property management systems.

The main purpose of the role is to lead a team and offer overall support to the wider business with various maintenance & repairs tasks, so that the service based colleagues can deliver great care and support.
- Previous experience managing a team (essential)
- Competent in MS Office 365 and property management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Minimum of a C/4 grade in at least 2 GCSE's or minimum 3 years experience in a customer service leadership role
- Strong understanding of compliance & regulations that impact the role
- Confident communicator with a passion for people

**Other**:

- £30,000 salary
- Hybrid working (1 day in office)
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays + birthday off
