The global accessory function is an integral part of the Lotus strategy to drive revenue and EBIT, maximising our per vehicle return. Lotus accessory products are designed to offer Lotus customers an opportunity to personalise their vehicle depending on their lifestyle and enhance their ownership experience. The role sits within ASO, however the touch points extend throughout the entire Group Lotus organisation. This is a growing function of Lotus.

**Objective of Role**
- To devise, agree, implement and manage the accessories strategy for Lotus, encompassing all current and future production models and ensure this profit centre achieves the required return on investment as set out in the budget

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**

**Accessory Commodity Forecasting**
- Own the new model launch Product, Price, Volume, Mix, Take-rate (PPVMT) forecasting process for Lotus accessories using historical data and global market inputs
- Manage the internal preparation and sign off, liaising with procurement on supplier commitments
- Cascade volume information through to supply chain and new model launch inventory teams Produce business cases to review new product viability**Performance and Competitive Positioning**
- Review industry trends and technical developments to inform current decisions on future volume
- Report on and present market place activity (including tactical actions) to senior management
- Provide volume and revenue reporting out to the business to analyse its performance and make better informed decisions

**Accessory Sell Through**
- Report on and review commodity sales against business expectations/ forecasts by region
- Highlight over performance to purchasing and inventory management teams
- Liaise with the regional sales teams to create market action plans for underperforming products within markets
- Input into seasonal campaigns and special offers to maximise the global calendarisation potential
- Manage all sell out strategies to minimise obsolescent stock

**Market Interaction**
- Partner the Regional Sales Teams to ensure local tactical promotions are adequately scheduled and push deployment plans are in place
- Share country best practice across regions and markets
- Assist markets in processing volume demand changes and one off buys/ quarterly campaign demand
- Feed market product requests with business cases into the central product strategy team
- Own the accessory annual business planning activity to generate medium term revenue plans and inform following year target negotiations

**Essential Criteria**
- Highly analytical and commercially driven with the ability to quickly analyse and simplify large amounts of data
- Ability to solve problems and deploy initiatives in an inclusive way
- Some understanding of ASO’s Blockchain and the marketplace
- An individual with a customer first mindset who is easy to do business with
- A team player and good leader, high level of self awareness Highly driven, committed and results-orientated who works with pace, energy and confidence**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous experience working within a merchandising or forecasting function of a fast paced large scale company
- An innovator who is future thinking and able to articulate complex ideas to gain buy in
