**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Assess students' academic needs and develop personalised learning plans
- Create engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding
- Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student performance

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience tutoring or working with children and an up-to-date DBS certificate
- Ability to effectively communicate and explain concepts to students of different ages and learning styles
- Patience, empathy and the ability to create a positive learning environment
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate students' availability

**Tutoring sessions can take place at the learner's home or online.**

**Salary**: £25.00-£35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week
