An exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator position in our small vibrant office.

The roll is customer facing and will include property viewings, accounts, property inspections, organising maintenance and general administration. The position is full time, with some weekend working, wage dependant on experience.

A driver’s licence and good computer skills are essential, Welsh language is desirable.

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
