Job Title: Self-Employed Partner Agent

Location: Letchworth Garden City and Hitchin

Ideal person suited to this role will be confident in the following:
1. Conducting thorough market research to stay informed about the trends, property values, and competitive landscape in Letchworth Garden City and Hitchin.

2. Generating and maintaining a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties available for sale or rent in the specified areas.

3. Actively seeking out potential clients, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants via the means of social media, networking, marketing etc.

4. Coordinating property viewings and negotiations between clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process throughout each transaction.

5. Creating engaging and accurate property listings with high-quality visuals and compelling descriptions to attract potential buyers or tenants.

6. Using various marketing channels, including online platforms and social media, to promote properties and reach a wider audience.

7. Keeping abreast of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the specified areas.

8. Providing clients with expert advice on property value, market conditions, and investment opportunities.

9. Staying proactive in networking and attending local events to expand the client base and establish a strong presence in the community.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an estate agent, preferably in the Letchworth Garden City and Hitchin areas.

2. Strong knowledge of the local property market, zoning regulations, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

4. Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet targets and deadlines.

5. Proficient in using real estate software and online platforms for property listings and marketing.

6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: From £45,000.00 per year
