We are looking to grow a new team of client-facing data professionals who can enable our clients to consistently gather, store, analyse and visualise their data to deliver the insights they need to make sustainable business decisions around construction and operations.

**Role and Responsibility**

You will work on various assignments across our data advisory practice, ranging from organisation-wide Data Strategies to hands-on delivery of data-driven solutions. Your tasks may include advising clients on industry best approaches to data-driven transformation (including in the space of Data Management and Governance, Data Security & Ethics and Data Integration and Interoperability), and delivering key data artefacts (including Data Models, Data Architectures and Data Quality reviews).

You will be capable of understanding an organisation’s operations and business processes, and the alignment to their data landscape, and of producing conceptual data governance operating models and data architectures. Senior consultants will work effectively with mínimal supervision and decompose plans and deliverables for architecture assignments into activities and tasks to be completed by more junior consultants. Consultants of all seniority will be encouraged to contribute to developing our data advisory consulting practice so that we stay at the forefront as the market evolves.

**Experience**

Essential
- Experience in a business data function and/or data consulting environment
- You will also bring more detailed knowledge of Data Governance and Management approaches and best practice
- Experience in identifying and engaging internal and external stakeholders
- A collaborative style of working that fosters innovation, learning and team working.

Desired
- Experience and knowledge of other data skills and deliverables e.g. data strategies, data architecture, data analysis
- Exposure to business analysis & digital requirements management
- Project management and consulting delivery skills
- Experience in one or more of the following markets: Energy, Water, Rail, Highways, Aviation Construction
- Capability in developing new business bids and proposals, drawing together expertise from different teams;
- BPSS or SC security clearance, or able secure this.
