We are Goode Capital, a fast growing, propriety trading company specialising in oil derivatives based in London. Our lead traders are experts in their field.

We are hiring a skilled, driven and ambitious Associate Trader, with experience in OTC trading.

As a key player in a relatively small team, there is an opportunity to advance quickly and forge a successful career as a trader in oil derivatives.

The role entails:

- Generating PnL independently, executing trades in line with the trading strategy
- Managing risk exposure by setting appropriate stop losses and take profits
- Monitoring and analysing market conditions (including analysing financial data and reports) to identify trends and potential trading opportunities
- 1-2 years relevant experience (OTC products, voice trading and market making experience desirable but not necessary)
- University degree (2:1 or higher) in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to express complex ideas clearly and concisely
- High achiever and hard-worker
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and work under high pressure
