**Job Title: ESG Consultant - Operating Model Mapping**

**Responsibilities**:
**ESG Impact Assessment**:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' operating models to identify and understand the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts across their value chain.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights.

**Operating Model Mapping**:
Develop frameworks and methodologies to map ESG impacts on clients' operating models.
Work closely with business units to create visual representations of ESG considerations within different components of the operating model.

**Integration with Business Processes**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations seamlessly into core business processes and decision-making.
Identify opportunities to enhance sustainability within existing workflows.

**ESG Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
Define and implement ESG-related key performance indicators (KPIs) for various aspects of the operating model.
Establish measurement and reporting mechanisms to track and communicate progress.

**Strategic Alignment**:
Ensure that the integration of ESG considerations aligns with the overall business strategy and long-term goals of the organization.
Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing the operating model for sustainability.

**ESG Reporting Frameworks**:
Stay abreast of evolving ESG reporting frameworks and standards.
Implement reporting mechanisms that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Collaboration and Change Management**:
Collaborate with internal teams to drive a culture of sustainability and responsibility.
Provide guidance on change management strategies to foster ESG integration and adoption across the organization.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Monitor industry trends, emerging ESG issues, and best practices related to operating model optimization.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in ESG impact mapping.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:
Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, environmental science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in ESG or sustainability is a plus.

**Experience**:
Proven experience in ESG consulting or related roles with a focus on mapping ESG impacts on operating models.
Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and opportunities related to sustainability.

**Analytical Skills**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business operations and identify ESG impacts.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

**Communication Skills**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex ESG concepts and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

**Project Management**:
Experience in managing projects related to ESG impact mapping and operating model optimization.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals.

**Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence positive change.

**Innovation and Creativity**:
Ability to think innovatively and creatively in finding sustainable solutions for integrating ESG considerations into operating models.

**Ethical and Professional Conduct**:
Commitment to ethical conduct and professional integrity.
Understanding of the broader societal impact of ESG practices and sustainability initiatives.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £1,500.00-£2,000.00 per month
