Service Administrator

My client is based in Birkenhead, Wirral looking to recruit a Service Administrator who would support the Service Department. They're looking for you to have high level of attention to detail and accuracy, to work well in a team but also be able to work autonomously. You will be taken on, on a full time permanent basis. The role is a Monday - Friday based role, 8am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am-4pm on a Friday.
The salary is starting from £21,000 plus all dependant on experience. You will have access to a free parking space, private healthcare, Medicash scheme, opt in pension scheme and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- 1. Compiling weekly tracker Report
2. Monitor and record speeding of engineers each week.
4. Allocates engineers working hours on job sheets onto Clik for sales invoicing.
6. Creation of weekly missing job sheet report for distribution.
8. Sending out job numbers for engineers each morning.
9. Prepping of jobs (place in status prep'd ready for Ser Director/Manger to process).
10. Raising of sales invoices (Job Sheets, Quotes) on Clik and post to accounts.
11. Raising of sales credit when needed.
12. Processing purchase invoices to Clik.
13. Supports reception for overflow of calls.
14. Spreadsheet for blanket PO breakdown costing (specific clients).
15. Send above spreadsheets to clients either monthly or as requested.
16. Updating Fgas log daily from engineer's job sheets.
17. Producing and sending out Fgas log report to clients as and when required.
18 Payments for vans on Mersey Flow.
19. Keep spreadsheet for Mersey Flow payments up to date.
20. Supporting Service Director and Service Manager in general service office duties.
