Which means they are needing more Senior Collections Agent s to lead from the front in supporting customers and keep them on the top oftheir game. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working around the Watford area for the right enthusiastic and proactive individual who will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

**Description**

Senior Collections Agent - FCA. duties and responsibilities;
- Advise customers on collections proceedings and process
- Work with customers to ensure accurate collections
- Demonstrating fantastic customer service expertise, such as empathy and listening skills, using the information shared with you to support your customers to make informed decisions
- Partner with internal stakeholders
- Assist on projects
- Support the manager to develop professionally

**Profile**

Senior Collections Agent - FCA experience and characteristics required;
- Be a good communicator, great listener and able to demonstrate empathy when needed
- Experience working in a Contact Centre environment before, or have extensive experience within a customer-facing role, ideally in a regulated collections role
- Show longevity in one of your most recent roles
- An understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry or a strong willingness to learn.
- Be confident about speaking to customers on the phone, and updating systems with what you have agreed
- You have a can-do attitude and want to build a career within financial services
