Welder

Econ Engineering Limited are the UK's largest supplier of winter maintenance vehicles and we are looking to recruit a welder.

The successful applicant will join our team of day welders - platers, welding a wide variety of components, mainly in mild steel using MIG welding equipment. The components will range from small piece part components to large hoppers and tipper bodies for our commercial vehicles.

The applicant should be able to read engineering drawings and plate these prior to finish welding them.

An attractive rate of pay is payable and a bonus is paid on achievement of targets.

Hours are 39 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm with an hour lunch break each day. Overtime may also be available.
