This Role can be remote from Oxfordshire, Manchester or Birmingham with occasional travel to Denby

Main Purpose:
Working as part of the Sales team, the Business Development Executive is a key driver and facilitator of GROWTH for the organization through driving the pipeline (new end user opportunities), proactively generating new business (business development), organizing the sales forces workplan to act on these opportunities, and engaging existing end users in up sell and drive activity.

They will be researching these potential leads leveraging technology such as Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, incubating end user opportunities and updating records in the system.

The Lead Generator will take ownership of generating new leads for the business and aim to maximize the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and a steward of the organization. In addition the Lead Generator will convert outbound dialing leads into qualified appointments, and pass these leads on to the relevant person in

order to make sure that the guest will have the best possible experience.

Responsible to report the key performance indicators of the sales activity on a frequent basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as an ambassador for the business, and promote the centre and its products.
- Responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided and convert the calls to new business leads.
- Responsible to work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within
- various business sectors.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
- Input and maintain new end user information onto the company CRM and facilitate the flow of the pipeline.
- Own reporting on pipeline and sales funnel analytics and support in adhoc reporting around sales, marketing, lead generation.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and marketing to ensure success of campaigns, create positive engagement and deliver ‘warm’ leads to the sales team for follow up.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing Team on agreed marketing campaigns, using a blend of proactive methods, to create positive engagement, deliver insights and ‘warm’ leads for the Sales Team to follow-up
- Provide support, training and guidance to the EUD Profiler & Coordinator
- Be the champion of CRM and accurate data internally & pipeline reporting, working closely with all stakeholders
- Drive salesforce to end user calls and action using CRM
- Attend Sales Meetings where necessary to build knowledge and relationships, and share best practices
- Important: This is a dynamic work environment; numerous occasions will arise where support is required outside of the job description
