- Full time, HLTA/TA - KS3 - Part time and TA - Primary - Part time.

**SALARY**:

**Forest Farm School, Oxford Montessori Schools, Elsfield, OX3 9UW**

**RESPONSIBLE TO**:
**SENDCO/Principal**

**Under the general supervision and direction of the SENDCO and class teachers, to plan and implement a range of 1-1 learning activities for individual students, and provide support in class, sometimes in small groups. To monitor student progress and provide feedback to the SENDCO and class teacher and establish supportive and constructive relationships with the student’s parents and carers.**

**Experience of supporting students with challenging behaviour**

**Ability to operate at a level of understanding and competence equivalent to NVQ Level 3 standard**

**Ability to relate well to children**

**Ability to work as part of a team**

**Good communication skills**

**Ability to supervise and assist students**

**Time management skills**

**Organisational skills**

**Knowledge of classroom roles and responsibilities**

**References and Enhanced DBS clearance will also be required prior to beginning in any post at Oxford Montessori Schools.**
