Are you an immediately available HR Administrator looking for either a full-time or part-time role? Would you like to work for world famous non-profit organisation located in Greenwich?

The charity is at the heart of UNESCO World Heritage Site, which welcomes over 1.2 million visitors every year. The iconic buildings which are over 500 years old, holds events and provides award winning learning programmes and volunteering opportunities to people from all over the world.

The purpose of this 3-month temporary HR Administrator job paying £15.38 per hour, is to provide the Head of Human Resources with professional HR administrative and recruitment support on either a full-time or part-time basis.

The key responsibilities of this temporary HR Administrator role include:

- Updating employee's information on the HR database, ensuring that information remains accurate and up to date.
- Supporting with all recruitment processes including placing advertisements, booking interviews and sending out offer letters.
- Creating new employee personnel files ensuring all onboarding documents are received and duly completed.
- Supporting the Head of HR with HR related projects.

This role would suit a proactive HR Administrator who is confident and keen to make an immediate impact. It would be beneficial to have experience of working in the non-profit sector or have a passion for working for a charity.

The role doesn't offer hybrid working and you will be required to work in the office every day, where you will play a key role within the small HR team.
