DAY TO DAY:

- Set up accounts for new suppliers.
- Support attendance monitoring.
- Process orders requested by staff and leaders.
- Manage pay claims.
- Create purchase orders and handle invoices.
- Distribute and deliver mail across designated departments.
- Attend, participate, and take minutes in department meetings and briefings.
- Responsible for administering and collating compliance and documentation.
- Support with organising department activities and events.
