**About the Company**
Our client specialises in providing products and solutions for dust and fume extraction.
In order to support their expanding operation they are seeking to recruit a LEV Service Engineer to join their team in the North West.
**LEV Service Engineer - The Rewards**
- Salary up to £35,000
- Company car

**LEV Service Engineer - Requirements**
- Must demonstrate a proven track record in field service activities.
- A solid and natural aptitude for engineering processes is essential.
- Preferably P601 certified, knowledge and experience in the field of dust and fume extraction and LEV performance testing would be advantageous.
- Electrical qualifications and experience would also be beneficial.
- Have excellent communication skills and a high level of computer literacy.
- A logical problem solving ability and attention to detail is vital.
- The role will also involve identifying new service and sales opportunities.

**LEV Service Engineer - Responsibilities**
- Provide first line call out and service support for customers
- Routine planned servicing and breakdown response for service contract customers
- Provide system measurements and trouble-shooting for customers
- Be proactive in maximising sales of Service and spares products either by taking orders or converting the enquiry to an on-site sales visit
- Assist customers with enquiries such as service intervals, spares, price, stock availability, and discounts. Legislative requirements.
- Administration work - issue of quotations, booking orders, planning, report writing, invoicing
- Liaison activities with installation teams for retro-fit project or upgrades.
- Management of sub-contractors for larger service work, such as bag changes
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
- Ensure our services conforms to all regulations and provide excellent customer service
