Are you an experienced regulatory RF compliance engineer?

Want to work fully remote? (No problem as long as you’re UK based already.)

If so we have an excellent position that could see you working for a global leader in wireless solutions and network infrastructure.

As a Radio Frequency Regulatory Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to define the radio compliance test procedures required for each product and coordinate those test efforts in the lab. You will work with various teams as well as external labs& suppliers to achieve regulatory compliance objectives. Additionally, you will establish, implement, and execute regulatory radio compliance test plans throughout the development cycle for each product.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a working knowledge of RF principles, radio testing and design, and radio regulatory compliance requirements (such as FCC parts 15, ETSI RED, ISED, and similar worldwide requirements). You will utiliseyour knowledge of product safety standards, and the ability to interpret radio regulatory compliance standards for Information Technology Equipment (ITE).

Good communication skills and the ability to work with ambiguities are a must. You will have experience with RF test equipment and a good understanding of cellular technologies like GSM, WCDMA, UMTS, LTE, and other wireless technologies like Bluetooth, 802.11WLAN, and NFC. A working knowledge of international regulatory radio compliance requirements for ITE (USA/CA, UK, and EU).
