Plastering Tutor

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and clean training bays for students when required
- Teach students numerous skills to conform to our course contents including:

- Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
- show how to cut and fix corner beads and Skrim tape
- when and where to use bonding agents PVA, blue grit etc
- use of finishing trowles/speed skims/sponge floats
- how to over come numerous obstacles found in real life including but not limited to, sockets, switches, cables, alcoves, fire places, pipes, windows, skylights, media walls, spot light cut outs, RSJ boxings, reveals etc
- progress students from beginners to confident and competent

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a Plasterer or tutor
- Proficient in educating clients on different plastering techniques
- Ability to tutor students in the art of plastering
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with students and team members is vital

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,500.00-£38,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
