Gi Group Mansfield are currently recruiting for a permanent **Accompanied Viewer** to join a local **Estate Agent**in Mansfield due to their continued growth and success.
Experience within a similar role/industry or **sales** is preferred but if you are **confident**, **chatty** and **outgoing** we would love to hear from you
You will be accompanying potential buyers to view homes, discuss the details of the house and using sales skills to refer recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers.
Due to travelling from house to house a full, clean UK driving licence is required. 45p per mile is paid.

**Benefits**:

- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- Extra day holiday per year of service up to 5 years.
**Hours**
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 5:30pm
With 1 in every 3 Saturday's on a rota basis. 8:30am - 1pm
**Salary**
£21k basic salary OTE £34k+
