Our Marketing team are expanding, we have a new and exciting role for a Head of Brand & Content to join our creative Marketing team. In this role you will develop a marketing strategy, fully integrated multi-channel plan and implement these through our in-house creative studio and the commercial marketing teams. You will lead on strategy and tactical delivery for our branding, advertising, internal creative resource and commercial marketing.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Acting as the brand guardian across all content to ensure all materials conform to the brand guidelines and TOV, clear articulation of our proposition.
- Brand management e.g. copyright, trademark management.
- Developing a top-level marketing strategy and then lead in developing department specific strategy and integrated planning for all commercial areas of the business, Ecommerce, Client Dev, OOH, SME, International.
- Working with the Product, Client, SME and International teams to continuously develop sales enablement collateral and videos to support in client pitches and tenders.
- Creating effective and creative marketing campaigns that support the marketing strategy with full analytical measurement and reporting.
- Utilising consumer insight to develop audience segmentation, developing our brand positioning and evaluating campaign results.
- Overseeing the development and execution of the events strategy as integral part of overall plans to deliver ROI.
- Working with the client and sales teams to identify and nurture opportunities to develop and implement partner marketing activity.
- Driving the website content strategy to improve visibility of all areas of the business particularly the new areas of International and ESG
- Responsible for the POS and fixturing in the ParcelShop estate and any expansion launches through partners. This includes periodic reviews of messaging effectiveness and POS & fixturing suite to ensure brand and messaging cut-through instore.

To be successful you will be a passionate leader and already be in a senior leadership role within Marketing. You will have experience in brand, campaign, events, digital content, and creative studios and understand marketing measurement and ROI analysis.

Other qualifications and experience include;
- B2C or B2B marketing experience essential.
- Experience of managing agencies and third-party suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- CIM DipM.
