Location: East Anglia
Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000

The role of Estimator - Fit-Out / Joinery will involve:

- Estimator position dealing with a range of office fit-out projects for end users
- Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
- Producing formal quotations to customers
- Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Working on projects with value of circa £50k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Fit-Out / Joinery with
- Must have estimating experience within the fit-out / joinery / interiors /furniture market sectors
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who also works well individually
