This Role/position is open to Someone who is a strong and creative thinking bartender/server, with the diverse nature to serve customers, serve food and have a decent knowledge of lagers, ales and food. Initially you will be coming in as a part time employee roughly 20-25 hours, get to grips and fall in love with the place. After a couple of weeks to a month or so into the summer we will be busier and may require the employee to work a few more hours, so this could be moving into a full time role, flexibility like any other job in hospitality is a must. The busier periods will require someone with good Pub/Bar/Foodie acumen to help with our social media posting and advertising ideas, our new plans and events in the future and to assist the rest of team moving forward.

Pay is Based upon Experience and Age, it will be reviewed after 3 month probation period.

As our Bartender/server
- Overseeing daily operations of the Bar
- Supeport Front of house staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with the manager/owners/chef to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Pushing advertisement through Instagram and social pages

What we require
- Previous experience in Bar/restaurant. Cellar management is a bonus
- Ability to stay motivated and work independently when needed, however working in a team is obviously a must
- Knowledge of Pub and restaurant procedures
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices, HACCP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
