Recruitment and On-Boarding (Temp to perm)

**Main responsibilities and duties**

**Recruitment**

- To be proactive in the administrative aspects of recruitment
- Liaise and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring attractive, on-brand communication is placed on job sites
- Using and maintaining recruitment software
- Arrange interviews ensuring the correct internal personnel are involved as necessary
- Maintain a sound understanding of the recruitment market within the Accountancy and Finance sector.
- Producing letters of acknowledgement, rejection and confirmation as required
**On-boarding**

- Produce accurate and timely offer letters and contracts of employment as required
- Take up references and chase for timely response
- Generate new joiner forms - making sure that the appropriate colleagues are advised of all necessary details in good time.
- Set up individuals on the HR software ensuring files are complete and available upon the commencement of employment
- Use and maintain the company’s benefits platform
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate details are allocated, as required.
- Set up Probationary meetings.
- Produce end of probationary letters as directed
**General**

- Minimum of once weekly upkeep of paper-based files
- The archiving of files and upkeep of associated spreadsheets
- Maintain a summary spreadsheet of important information as required by the team
**Managerial**

- Manage and co-ordinate diaries to ensure timely interviews.
- Assist in daily management of the company’s HR database and answering queries from appropriate colleagues.
**Commercial**

- Be professional and efficient when dealing with telephone calls, and any associated aftercare.
- Have full commitment to delivering an excellent, confidential HR service
Helping and assisting the Head of HR and wider team on adhoc projects will be required.

**Specific or general comments**

Recruitment and HR experience to a minimum of CIPD Level 3, as well being able to work confidentially, with focus, and a methodical working practice is essential.
