**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter in construction projects.
- **Qualifications**: Valid CSCS card is essential.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in shuttering carpentry techniques, ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and familiarity with various types of formwork.
- **Safety**: Strong commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines.
- **Team Player**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret construction drawings to determine the formwork requirements.
- Construct, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures such as foundations, columns, and walls.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble formwork materials.
- Ensure accurate alignment and positioning of formwork to meet engineering specifications.
- Collaborate closely with concrete workers and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Adhere to strict safety standards and regulations throughout the construction process.
