**Role Description**
LV= GI has a fantastic opportunity to join its Aggregator Team as an Aggregator Executive in Bournemouth
You will support a team of two Aggregator Managers in the efficient running of the aggregator channel for General Insurance.
As an Aggregator Executive you will support the day-to-day management of the aggregator relationships to allow successful delivery of the aggregator strategy and roadmap. You will primarily focus on performance reporting, sales reporting, aggregator complaint investigation, ensuring marketing content is accurate and regularly reviewed, and the tracking of competitor activity across the aggregators. You will need to be organised and able to prioritise a varied workstack. You will also have strong interpersonal and analytical skills and the capacity to build strong internal and external relationships.
**Your focus**:
- Supporting the Aggregator Relationship Managers in managing the day-to-day operational relationships with all aggregators, including sales reconciliation, payment of commission and producing performance analysis data for meetings as required.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage aggregator initiatives and queries.
- Generating and monitoring of internal performance MI, tracking trends and recommending areas for improvement.
- Reviewing our content held on the aggregator sites and ensuring LV= governance standards are adhered to.
- Contributing to the ongoing management and administration of change activity for the channel.
- Working with IT support teams to ensure swift identification and resolution of any channel issues.
- Tracking of all aggregator related complaints from reporting through to closure.
- Supporting the management of risk events.
- Supporting aggregator audits including call and data analysis.
- Where necessary contributing to projects which impact the aggregator channel.
**About you**
To be successful for the role you will have strong understanding of General Insurance end to end processes and products. A good understanding of the relevant compliance regulations and legal requirements is desirable.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex or technical information in a simple way. When required you will have the ability to influence and negotiate to reach a successful resolution for the business.
You will have good organisational skills, attention to detail with the ability to work as part of a team when required, you will also be able to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly in a fast paced team environment.
You will have a good problem-solving mindset and think objectively with balanced decision-making.
You will have proven analytical and numerical skills with experience in using Excel to evaluate and communicate performance MI. This will include weekly updates to performance dashboards and preparing analysis for trading forums.
