This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer based within the Nantwich area. This is a permanent role with and well-established company who have double in growth over the last 12 months.
The Job Role
Responsible for the set up and operation of our press machines (Amada and/or Edward Pearson). Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches. Produce parts for assembly operations. Reading of technical drawings and performing quality checks on the work produced.
Experience
Bonus's
Golden Hello Incentive for New Starters (permanent)
End of first week/month - £100
End of three months & successful probationary - £400
End of 12 months - £500
Totalling - £1000 over the first year of employment

We also have a scheme at present where we are paying a 10% bonus for employees working over 48 hours whilst there is an increased demand from our customers.

**Pension**: 5% employee/3% employer split

**Holidays**: 28 days holiday (inc. of bank holidays)

Pay Rates

**Pay Range**: Basic day rate £10.50 to £13.30 per hour (dependent upon skills and experience) Pay Range: 6-2 shift rate £11.81 to £14.96 per hour (dependent upon skills and experience) Pay Range 2-10 shift £13.13 to £16.63 per hours (dependent upon skills and experience). Overtime Available but not guaranteed. Overtime rate: Between £13.97 to £17.69 (dependent upon basic pay rate). For any overtime hours worked over 48 hours the rate increases between £15.75 to £19.95 per hour (dependent upon basic pay rate).

**Hours**:
07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 12:30 Friday but could be asked to work a shift patterns (Shift Allowance will be payable on top of basic pay) 06:00 to 14:00 hours (Friday finish at 12:00 hours) and/or 14:00 to 22:00 hours (Friday 12:00 to 18:00 hours) dependent upon customer demands and business needs.
