Bower is seeking trainee and experienced Administrators to join our expanding team in the North East. They will then have the opportunity to progress to become a mortgage/equity release adviser or one of the other administration, customer liaison roles withinthe adviser hub department.

Bower is a customer focused, financial services company which goes above and beyond in the care of its customers and staff. Bower provides customers knowledgeable and quality advice on a range of mortgage, pension, investments, equity release, later lifemortgage products and Wills and LPA’s.

**The role will include**:

- Supporting the office-based adviser team, preparing client fact find and recommendation documents for advisers/clients
- Contacting clients, solicitors, conveyancers and mortgage lenders in a proactive manor to support the advice administration process
- Full ongoing training and support
- Remote contact with clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Communicating with the compliance and training department
- Ensuring that records are kept appropriately in line with the company’s CRM and work flow management digital records

This is an office-based role with part home working becoming possible after initial training.

**Personal Specification**

We are looking for someone with the following skill set:

- Good administration background
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Works well under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to build relationships and to implement change
- Strong interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
- The desire to succeed and provide excellent customer service

**Advantageous but non-Mandatory**:

- Hold or willing to train and obtain a Certificate in Mortgage Advice (CeMAP)
