My client is so busy, that they are seeking 2 new staff members to work in their offices doing Lettings Administration

The role will be a busy one, they would prefer someone who has had some experience within property administration

The role will be office based so no need to drive.

The role will include
- Booking Viewings
- talking to tenants
- Arranging appointments
- Booking in Inventories
- Sending out property details
- Answering volume calls to the office
- Helping the sales team
- Working as a team
- Passing information across to Lettings and Property Management
- Imputing Data
- Reference checking
- Ordering Gas Safety Certificates
- Sending out tenancy agreements

There can be opportunities to earn bonus on this role, there is a real feeling of teamwork within the branch also.
