**The Company**

**The Role**

As a Business Analyst, you will support the development and deployment of new solutions with business analysis to gather business requirements. You will primarily be supporting on new Digital and Finance Projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Undertaking requirements gathering and documentation required to support specific work initiatives and facilitate process mapping of as is and to be processes to support the requirements documentation
- Maintaining a library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets
- Reviewing technical design documentation with IT Stream Lead to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions
- Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis with the ability to work in mixed Waterfall andAgile delivery environment
- Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from the underlyingtrue needs
- Driving and challenging business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- Supporting Senior Business Analysts on Assigned Projects

**Key Skills and Experience required**
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or similar across a range of IT, Digital and Finance projects
- Knowledge of working with a Product Owner, helping to refine and prioritise items in a backlog
- Experience working on large, complex projects with Project Managers, external suppliers /scrum teams
- Proven track record of eliciting and delivering business requirements, business process design and functional design on change projects
- Analytical & technical mindset, strong ability to solve problems, metrics-driven and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude paired with a good portion of curiosity and a customer-centric service attitude
