Farm Foreman

Staples Vegetables Ltd. are looking for a foreman to help manage a large intensive farm growing green vegetables, potatoes, leeks, maize and rye.

You will be part of a management team and will report to the Farm Director and the two main Farm Managers.

You will be responsible for several different farming activities including Polythene/Netting fields, Inter-row Cultivations and Fertilising as well as managing the Potato Grading and cold stores. There will be year round work but the busiest period will be from March to November.

You will be issued a company 4x4 vehicle that you can use at work and travel to and from your home with. There will be no tax implication. You will also be given a mobile phone that you can use for work calls.

You will also have access to the Company Pension Scheme with a 3% contribution from the employer.

**Salary**: £54,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
