Multi Trade Operative

My client are a high end residential developer who are currently looking to recruit a Multi Trade Operative to join their team, the team consists of a Head of Customer Service, 2 x Customer Service Managers, a Team of Coordinators & 2 additional Operatives

You will be required to travel across several Essex developments and carry out repair work in residents homes. All repair works will be covered under their warranty. Each day jobs will be booked in and you will work to a diary & ensure all work is carriedout in order to ensure that the customer is happy. Repair works will include: Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Tiling, Carpentry, Basic Plumbing. For any more complex issues contractors will be booked & they will complete works
