Shop Supervisor

We have a
**Branch Supervisor** to come and join our
**Wimbledon **branch. We are not looking for someone from the sector, we need transferable skills, exceptional sales and great customer service, along with your energy, drive and enthusiasm.

**The branch**

Wimbledon is a busy branch with a team of
**14 staff (4 Yard team members)** managing a large customer footfall of around
**120 customers per day**. We also have a
**full Tool Hire department**, Benchmarx showroom and a fleet of
**3 vehicles** (2 HGV's and 1 Van).

The working hours will be
** Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm and every other Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm**

- Our success is built on strong relationships with our colleagues and customers so it’s essential you deliver the highest standards of service.- With your learned knowledge of the products and services we offer, you will be a pivotal contact for our customers, nurturing great relationships, understanding their needs in order to offer expert advice and recommending alternatives to profitably maximise the sale of goods.- You will be a confident sales person who can easily build relationships with key customers.- Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that all our colleagues and customers leave the Branch safely, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.

**What experience do you need?**

Previous experience within this
** industry** is advantageous, but
**not essential.** We just need
**transferable skills - Sales Experience, Great Customer Service** and
**Commercial Acumen.**
