Based in a modern, open plan office in an ideal location in Norwich City Centre, this is a fulltime, permanent position working 9.00am - 5.00pm (37 hours per week), Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £24,599 per annum.

**The day to day**:

- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving these where possible & transferring to 2nd line where needed.
- Providing guidance on contract queries, including amendments, updating details, contract addendums and new account set up.
- Providing customers with copies of relevant documents/certificates where requested.
- Ensuring all information if accurately updated & recorded on the system.

**You will have/be**:

- 5 years of customer service experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A natural problem solver.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software, and experience with Microsoft Office (including word, excel and outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and a good attention to detail.
