Client Strategy Coordinator, 20th and 21st Century

The Role
- and mid-term strategic planning around prospective, new and existing clients.

Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to

Auction Sale Management
- Sale Targeting: Assist with pre-sale client targeting and interest lists using knowledge of clients, departments, regions and research tools.
- Catalogues: Manage bespoke catalogue distribution lists.
- Debriefs: Prepare post-sale debrief materials and analysis. Ensure follow-up, tracking and recording of action points and deliverables.
- Events: Assist in building guest lists for top client events and work closely with CRM for larger client events.
- Business Getting: Support business getting efforts by ensuring intelligence is provided to Specialists and Business Getters in a timely manner. Actively encourage Specialists and Business Getters to feedback information gathered.

Client Intelligence Management
- Data Quality: Ensure all client and object information is logged and maintained in relevant systems.
- New Buyers and Bidders to 20/21 Sales: track activity and partner with Regional Client Strategy to research and develop engagement strategy.
- Client Reviews: Assist with client/CTL/regional reviews in partnership with Regional Client Strategy. Preparing reports and resources, and ensuring appropriate recording of discussions and follow-up.
- Client Visits: Assist Business Getters with trip planning, debriefing, actionable opportunities and intelligence recording.

General
- Work with peer group on information sharing, identifying cross departmental opportunities, and recording information for Client Strategy.
- Ensure key stakeholders, e.g. Heads of Department/Sale, Directors and Head of Client Strategy 20/21 EMEA, are aware of key company-wide events and client engagement opportunities on a timely basis.
- Deliver strategic campaigns/ projects to target specific clients as briefed by (team/manager/Head of Client Strategy 20/21 EMEA), utilizing intelligence and research tools.
- Contribute to any review of current procedures/processes for the department to identify areas of improvement and efficiencies
- Experience manipulating/ analyzing large data sets.
- Familiarity with utilizing statistics.
- Understanding of / Interest in the auction process.
- Interest in 20th and 21st Century Art.
- Attention to detail with strong accuracy and analytical skills.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple long
- and short-term projects to tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Enthusiastic approach to continuous improvement and best practice.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy.
- Advanced user of Excel.
- Self-starter, motivated and organized.
