With our continued expansion, **Rapid Repair Network Limited** are looking for another experienced Desktop Vehicle Damage Assessor. Come and join us at our beautiful offices in the New Forest.

**Rapid Repair Network Limited** has been designed to offer seamless minor damage repair solutions to the insurance and vehicle fleet sector. Our aim is to convert a traditional body shop repair that could take numerous days to repair, into a 1 day repair, making is more convenient for the customer and cheaper for the insurer.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience of working closely with repairers and insurers as a VDA
- Competent in automotive estimate systems - ideally Audatex and Audainvoice
- Up to date ATA qualification would be beneficial, but not essential
- Experience of resolving complex customer and repairer problems
- Ability to prioritise and plan in response to customer requirements
- Computer literacy skills - Microsoft

**Key Tasks**
- To manage work volumes and task control on all cases within your remit
- Provide technical support where required, within the business
- Ensure authorised repairs are compliant and in-line with repair guidelines
- To update internal systems for claims progression and operations
- To work within agreed SLA terms and meet departmental KPI's
