**Overview**

‍**Responsibilities**‍
- Contacting existing customers, preparing renewal documentation, and setting up new policies.
- Building positive relationships and providing competitive quotes.
- Discussing additional policies to ensure all insurance requirements are covered.
- Liaising with insurers and underwriters to obtain quotes.
- Making adjustments to existing insurance policies to suit customer requirements.
- Focus on motor fleet and liability policies.

**Requirements**‍
- A minimum educational standard of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths grades A*- C (or equivalent)
- Strong IT Skills with the ability to learn new software
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- Friendly and persuasive communicator who can build relationships easily
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Previous Insurance experience advantageous but not essential
