Head Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join an estbalished Care Home provider. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. Your attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Assign daily cleaning duties to housekeeping team members and monitor their progress
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping team members

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
