**Senior Research Consultant - 8 week contract**

New contract role with a leading Research Agency specialising in providing comprehensive market insights to FMCG clients. With a focus on segmentation projects, they strive to help clients understand consumers through various lenses and occaisions, delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The team is committed to excellence, innovation, and exceeding client expectations.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Consultant to join a dynamic team on a contract basis. As a key member of the organisation, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of research projects, collaborating closely with FMCG clients to understand their briefs and objectives. The role encompasses overseeing the delivery of research projects, conducting in-depth analysis of results, and presenting valuable insights back to clients.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to comprehend research objectives, requirements, and expectations
- Design and execute quantitative research projects, with a particular focus on segmentation studies
- Utilise advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from data
- Manage project timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including data analysts and researchers, to achieve project goals
- Utilise Excel extensively for data manipulation and analysis
- Optionally, use analytical software such as Tableau or Power BI to enhance data visualisation and interpretation
- Prepare and deliver insightful presentations to clients, effectively communicating research findings and recommendations

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience in quantitative research, particularly in the FMCG sector
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end research projects successfully
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with analytical tools like Tableau or Power BI is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights in a clear and concise manner

**Benefits**

£350-£380 per day, outside IR35, hybrid
